Foundation Training Program - Liquid & Powder Enhancements, Brisa™ UV Gel Enhancements and SpaManicure and SpaPedicure.
Class numbers: Kept to a minimum, allowing our Educational Ambassadors (authorised CND™ tutors) to provide you with undivided attention.
Prerequisite: Good eyesight is essential, good concentration and the ability to sit for long periods of time. Foreign students must have good English speaking, reading and comprehension skills.
Teaching Style: Highly interactive, multifaceted training style; includes systems theory, hands-on practice and interactive processing.
Program Length: 9-Days, comprising of 18 x 4 hour sessions; 8-hours per day.
Schedule: Daily from 9am - 5:30pm or as specified in your enrolment confirmation form.
Program Description:
This program is designed to inspire students with CND's educational philosophies. Learn about CND's quality products including our industry leading Liquid & Powder Enhancement System and Brisa™ UV Gel Enhancement System. Indulge your senses with CND's SpaManicure & SpaPedicure Systems. We'll show you hands-on techniques for Forever French enhancement application and the importance of custom service when building a successful career as a nail professional. Committed to redeveloping our educational programs this season we offer new students a 4-hour, hands-on session on maintaining the health, beauty and integrity of nail enhancements with the introduction of Custom Rebalancing.

become a CND Nail Professional:
Salon Safety, Chemical Awareness, Anatomy and Disorders, Custom Client Service, Custom Colour Blending, Natural Nail Care, SpaManicure™, Almond Spa Manicure™, Marine SpaPedicure™, Raw Earth SpaPedicure™, Nail Enhancement P.R.E.P, Nail Enhancement Technology, Enhancement Tools, Tip & Form Enhancement, Nail Enhancement Application Techniques, Nail Enhancement Finishing and Custom Rebalancing.

Free 8-Hour Hands-on Training Day
*As part of our ongoing commitment to education and support to newly trained students, Creative NZ Ltd now offers a free hands-on, 1 day training program. Participation in this program would be ideal between 2 - 4 months following foundation training. We will focus on Liquid & Powder Enhancements in the first 4-hours and Brisa™ UV Gel Enhancements in the afternoon session. During this time students will be encouraged to critique application techniques, identify problem areas thus gaining the added confidence to continue practicing nail enhancements, in preparation for Certification. This program is offered exclusively in New Zealand, in four central city locations - Auckland, Wellington, Nelson and Christchurch.
Free entry will expire 6 months from the date of foundation training.

Free - Certification Day
This is a final qualifying examination day for students who have completed our 9-day Foundation Training Program. CND Nail Professionals are encouraged to refine the art of application techniques, coupled with theory based knowledge about our products and systems, while "in training" for a maximum 6 months period. During this "in training" period student's should complete at least 25 full sets of Forever French Enhancements to obtain a level of proficiency in Liquid & Powder Enhancements. Students must complete a multiple choice theory and 2 hour practical examination. Providing an acceptable level of achievement is obtained, students will receive a final qualifying certificate.
Free entry will expire 6 months from the date of foundation training.

CND qualified Nail Professionals transcend borders as our certificates are recognised worldwide. Employment opportunities may include both national and international destinations. Employment is varied, flexible hours, working for wages, rent-a-space, cruise liners or self employment.
One on One, Foundation Training Program
Alternatively we offer One on One, Personalised Training accessible to anyone requiring exclusive attention from an Education Ambassador; training is available in selected cities. This option would be most advantageous to those individuals who struggle in a classroom situation.
