Are these genuine CND products?

Yes they certainly are. Creative Nails has a direct relationship with Revlon/CND.  We are the only official distributor of these products in New Zealand.

Where is my order / how long should I expect delivery?

Nationwide orders will be delivered in 2-3 working days.

Once your order has been shipped you will be notified, and will be able to track your order until it arrives. In the event of an unexpected delay, our team will contact you. If you have any concerns, please contact us.

All orders are shipped in accordance with NZ regulations, including the correct Dangerous Goods (DG) paperwork when needed, to ensure we uphold all safety standards.  

If a product is not in stock can I place it on backorder?

Yes, all of our products can be placed on backorder. We want you to be the first to know when products are available, so please let us know if there is a product you are interested in that hasn’t arrived in New Zealand yet.

Can the Shellac base coat, colour coats and top coats be cured in either CND Lamp?

Yes, all Shellac Base coats, Colours and Top Coats can be cured in either the CND UV lamp or LED Lamp.

Can the Shellac Brand 14+ Day Nail Colour system be used with other nail lamps?

The CND LED Lamp and UV Lamp are the only lamps designed to provide complete cure and optimum performance for CND products. Other lamps do not have the same technology that these lamps use.
