Lamp Warranty Information and Process

WARRANTY INFORMATION

The CND LED lamp comes with a 1 year (12 month) warranty from defects in material and workmanship.

The warranty doesn't extend to normal wear and tear or to any parts that have been lost or dis-guarded. It does not extend to defects in products or parts caused by misuse, accident, improper installation or use in violation of instructions provided by CND or units that have been opened, altered or modified without CND's authorisation.

The warranty will also be void if the lamp has not been purchased from an authorised CND Distributor. (In NZ that is Creative Nails).

Should a defect in material or workmanship of the Lamp be discovered within one (1) year of purchase date, and not from any actions that would void the warranty.

Please contact Creative Nail's on 0800-624-569 or info@creativenails.co.nz within thirty (30) days of the discovered defect.

You will be issued a Return Authorisation Number (RA) which is registered with your serial number and asked to send the defective Lamp, along with a copy of the original dated invoice to:

Creative Nails, 69D Pharazyn Street, Lower Hutt, Wellington 5010

Please do not send the lamp prior to contacting Creative Nails and receiving a Return Authorisation Number.

Once the lamp arrives the lamp will be checked and the defect verified. A decision will be made about the fault once it is tested to determine the fault.

N.B We recommend that you use a courier so the parcel can be tracked to avoid the parcel being lost.

If you purchased your CND™ Lamp outside New Zealand please, contact the Seller for warranty service.

CND shall in no event be responsible for consequential damages of any nature or amount. CND reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to determine the validity of any Lamp warranty claim. CND’s decision shall be final.
